Our simple, online system allows each client to easily communicate with us and access all aspects of their project from any computer, tablet, or smartphone at any time of day. Buildertrend offers a user-friendly system that our clients love.

BUILDERTREND
Buildertrend is an award-winning, cloud-based, project management software that allows builders to keep their clients up to date on the status of their construction project at all times. When you choose Havyn Homes, you can communicate with our team, approve selections, and change orders, track the progress of your project through our live online schedule, and view photos of the work from start to finish, using the easy tools provided by Buildertrend. From the start of design, through the completion of your one-year warranty, you will have access to all aspects of your project. Buildertrend is our preferred method of communication with our clients, as it offers global access to our team. This feature allows our entire team access to all correspondence, and we will be ready to help answer an questions that arise within our standard 24-hour turn around period.
“BUILDERTREND HELP DOCUMENT”
WARRANTY INFORMATION
As a Havyn Homes’ homeowner, you will receive a one-year “fit and finish” warranty through Havyn. This warranty will cover specific elements of your home. Your new home warranty program begins on the date of closing and ends on your one-year anniversary. We utilize the National Association of Home Builders Residential Construction Performance Guidelines anytime it is necessary for one of our customer service representatives to inspect or perform maintenance and/or repairs on specific areas of your home.
At closing, Havyn Homes will provide you with all of the necessary information pertaining to the one-year limited warranty, detailed maintenance tips, and seasonal tips and recommendations that will help give your new home some well-deserved TLC for years to come. With this information, you will also receive step by step instructions on how to submit a warranty claim. Buildertrend offers a user-friendly warranty claims section that allows our clients to submit warranty claims, as well as track the progress of them, and communicate with our warranty team when needed.
In addition to our in-house warranty, each home is covered by a limited structural warranty for up to 10 years. This warranty generally covers the foundation, framing components and all structural hardware, as well as a mechanical warranty for up to 2 years covering most elements of the plumbing, electrical, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
